Blocklist
The blocklist feature in Flowmail allows you to manage a list of email addresses or domains that you've chosen to block from sending you emails. By maintaining a blocklist, you can prevent unwanted or spammy emails from cluttering your inbox and ensure a cleaner and more efficient email communication experience. Follow these steps to effectively view the blocklist for email connection in Flowmail:
Log in to your Flowmail account and navigate to the blocklist settings section. This is typically found in the account settings or email preferences menu within the app.
In the blocklist settings menu, you'll find a list of email addresses or domains that you've chosen to block from sending you emails. Review this list to see the addresses or domains that are currently blocked from contacting you.
For each entry in the blocklist, you'll typically see details such as the email address or domain that's been blocked, the date it was added to the blocklist, and any additional notes or comments associated with the entry.
If you need to make changes to the blocklist, such as adding new addresses or domains to block or removing existing entries, you can do so from the blocklist settings menu. Look for options to add, edit, or delete blocklist entries as needed.
Take some time to review how often your blocklist is being used and whether any patterns or trends emerge. This can help you identify common sources of unwanted emails and make informed decisions about which addresses or domains to block in the future.
Some blocklist settings menus may offer the option to export your blocklist for backup or reference purposes. If available, consider exporting your blocklist periodically to maintain a backup copy of your blocked addresses or domains.
